Still, we then also have to answer the question: how good is this ‘knowledge’ that we build that way? By definition, it will be very incomplete. However, that is not the real issue. Even when we are passively and unfocused following the information flow, we will make choices. We will pick up certain things for whatever personal reason and we will ignore other stuff. We will tell our own story of what we think (want) seeing in the flow. So yes, this ambient awareness thing can certainly be a source for interesting discoveries, connections, mutual opportunities, but at the same time, it can be a source for misperceptions, false ideas, exclusion, etc. I think that our view about human nature being in essence oriented towards the good or the bad will decide on the balance.

ambient awareness and finding .. nice term ... and...

ambient awareness and finding .. nice term ... and all it is, is ...

intuition

what the mind can already do anyway ...

the development of it leads to omniscience, say the yogis

know that by which all else is known, say the sufis

the only slow learners in the world are tech guys and scientists .. they need proof while not being involved ... a recipe for retards, when it touches on anything beyond the physical plane ..

enjoy, gregory lent
